Mustala Mineral Digestion Activator Feed Supplement

1. GENERAL
1. Mustala Mineral Digestion Activator is a feed supplement.
2. This product consists of black, loose grain with grayish inclusions.
The supplement is a mix of shungite rock, modified by heat treatment to 0.2–0.8 mm fraction that is optimal for animal feed.
Mustala Mineral Digestion Activator is free of any genetically modified organisms (GMOs) and products.
The content of harmful impurities does not exceed the maximum permissible norms prescribed by Russian regulation.
3.  Mustala Mineral Digestion Activator is available in paper bags, polypropylene bags and big bags, or in plastic bags of 1 kg, 5 kg, 10 kg, 15 kg, 20 kg, 25 kg, 40 kg, 500 kg, and 1000 kg.
Each packaging unit is marked in Russian with the name of the manufacturer, its address, trademark, title, purpose and method of using the feed supplement, composition and guaranteed indicators of the supplement, net weight, series number, production date, conditions and shelf life, the inscription "For animals", and is accompanied with these Instructions for use.
4. Mustala Mineral Digestion Activator must be stored in the manufacturer’s packaging, away from moisture, at any temperature between -30 to +30 degrees Celsius.
Short-term (up to 30 days) transportation of Mustala is allowed at temperatures from -20°C to +40°C by all types of vehicles, ensuring safety and integrity of the packaging. Wetting of the package must be avoided.
The shelf life is 36 months provided that the storage conditions are observed.

2. BIOLOGICAL PROPERTIES
5. Mustala Mineral Digestion Activator is a natural product based on modified shungite.
The biological activity of Mustala supplement is due to the synergistic properties of its components – the amorphous graphene-like carbon and crystalline silica.
The shungite modified by heat treatment has a true sorption of 81% against T-2 toxin, 98.8% against aflatoxin B1, 100% against ochratoxin A, 100% against zearalenone, 95% against fumonisin, and 84% against deoxynivalenol.
Mycotoxins bound by shungite are removed from the body in a natural way.
The synergism of amorphous carbon and crystalline silica enhances the activity of digestive and other enzymes added to animal feed.
The heat-modified shungite helps to grow the beneficial microflora in the gastrointestinal tract of the livestock.
Adding Mustala Mineral Digestion Activator into the livestock feed improves feed conversion, livestock productivity and viability, including through the prevention of mycotoxicosis.

3.APPLICATION
6.Mustala Mineral Digestion Activator Feed Supplement is added to the feed concentrates or animal feed by specialized producers: animal feed producers or feed preparation shops that have the necessary equipment and using industrial blending.
Mustala is recommended for both non-granulated and granular mixed feeds. Compound feeds containing Mustala supplement may be expanded and extruded.
7. The dosage is from 0.5 kg to 2.5 kg per ton of the livestock feed, including poultry, depending on the degree of feed contamination with mycotoxins.
8. No known side effects, contraindications or complications associated with the use of Mustala supplement have been identified.
9. Mustala Mineral Digestion Activator is compatible with any food ingredients, other nutrition supplements and medicines.
10. The livestock and poultry products after the use of Mustala supplement may be used for food purposes without restriction.

4. PERSONAL SAFETY
11. When working with Mustala, you should follow the general personal hygiene and safety precautions that are applicable to any feed additive.
12. Keep out of the reach of children.

1. Mustala Mineral Digestion Activator Feed Supplement consists of a processed shungite rock from the Zazhoginsky deposit (Republic of Karelia).
2. Shungite pertains to the 1st class in terms of its specific activity as a natural radionuclide. Application without restrictions.
3. Governing standard: TU 10.91.10−003−33799254−2019 of 1/16/2019.
4. Flammability: slow-burning, not self-heating or self-igniting.
5. Shungite is not toxic at normal temperature.It is ecologically safe. No recycling required.
6. Pertains to the 4th class according to GOST 12.1.007.76: low-hazard substances with weak cumulative properties.
7. No emergency cases have been identified.First aid: no known toxic effects. Personnel safety rules and measures: no special measures are required.
8. The maximum permissible concentration of dust in a working area is 4.0 mg per m3 (in accordance with the methodology applied by the Russian Ministry of Health).
9. Fractional shungite is not subject to mandatory certification according to the mandatory certification rules (Russian Government Decree No. 982 of 12/1/2009).
10. Transportation: avoid package wetting. No other special transportation requirements.
11. Mustala is packed in plastic bags, paper bags or big bags with and without an insert. The weight of a single unit is agreed with the customer. Allowed weight variation is by 5% or less.
12. Handling and storage: avoid wetting. No other special requirements.
